Group Exercise classes offer the opportunity to get everything to boost your body in just one hour of your time! If done at least 3 times a week you can keep up with a strong level of everything you need in the way of exercise.

CARDIO: Burn fat cells by raising the required energy level. Cardio work improves heart strength and lowers blood pressure, heart rate, and cholesterol levels, while it improves your entire circulatory system. CORE STRENGTHENING (Back & Abs) MAT PILATES and PILATES REFORMER: Back, neck, hips, shoulders, and posture are the building block of a strongly functional body. Pilates exercises and other core work target these areas. We offer core work in every single class due to the importance of it. Additionally, our personal training sessions include Pilates Reformer training. We don’t charge you extra like other centers just to implement this highly effective core work.
FLEXIBILITY & BALANCE: Warming up and stretching are elements that most people exclude from their exercise routines. This is a vital part in improving the healing process and preventing injuries. This training can mean the difference between simply spraining an area vs. breaking a bone. We include elements of flexibility, balance, posture, coordination, and relaxation in every single class.
BRAIN to BODY IMPROVEMENT: Research proves that when you force your body to move in different ways and to change patterns it will increase the dendrite and neurons which can help in preventing cognitive decline and memory loss. Our special training and exercises will automatically challenge you to think quick and differently to help strengthen your reaction times and brain to body connection.
